Please Note:
All wines are considered sold in California and title passes to the buyer.  We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California.  The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines.  By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you wish. 

Another alternative to the shipping issue is to contact Neil Aldoroty at 55 degrees in St. Helena California, 707-963-5513, or fiftyfivedegrees.com. There, you can secure a private, temperature controlled locker to store your wines until you can make other arrangements. We will be happy to deliver your wine to 55 degrees free of charge.

Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. By placing your order you attest that you are at least 21 years of age, and that the person taking delivery of the wine is at last 21 years of age. When your wine is delivered the person accepting delivery will be required to show an I.D. proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age.
